Return policy

 

JFK girlWe hope that you'll be thrilled with everything you purchase from us. However, if you're unhappy with your items for any (reasonable) reason, you can return them to us in accordance with our returns policy & the guidelines stated below:

 

Goods may be returned for refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase. 

 

Goods must be unworn, in perfect condition, with all store tags attached. 

 

The correct proof of purchase (your jfk invoice/till slip) must accompany the goods. 

 

We cannot exchange or refund goods that have been damaged due  to incorrect laundering procedures that are not in accordance with the sew-in washcare label. 

 

Goods that have been altered in any way will unfortunately not be considered for exchange or refund, unless the alteration was carried out by JFK HQ & is subsequently found to be faulty.  

When purchasing sale items, please be 100% sure of your selection as marked down goods will not be exchanged or refunded.  

Accessories may be returned within 7 days of purchase with the exception of pierced EARRINGS. For hygiene reasons these may not be exchanged or refunded, unless genuinely faulty.

General Warranty:

In compliance with the Consumer protection Act of 2011, your rights will be respected & upheld according to the law within the following general warranty:

If, within 6 months of purchasing items from JFK said item/s are found to be defective or faulty, you are entitled to return your purchase to JFK for subsequent inspection at JFK HQ. For this you will need your till slip / original proof of purchase.

If the item is subsequently found to indeed be defective, you may be entitled to either:

(a) be refunded in full (you will need your till slip), or

(b) have the item repaired or replaced at JFK’s expense (the decision between repairing or replacing being at the discretion of JFK  depending on availability and other relevant circumstances. ) Once again, you will need your till slip / proof of purchase.

Please note that Sale items will be repaired & will not be exchanged or refunded.

If the item is subsequently found NOT to be Defective, you will not be entitled to any repair, replacement or refund.

 

Please note: the following are examples which will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to any repair, replacement or refund under the general warranty above:

 

  • Faults resulting from normal or excessive wear and tear.

 

  • Damage arising from incorrect usage or incorrect laundering of the product.
